Eat & Drink

The Shuswap is one of the most fertile agricultural areas of BC.

An outdoor grocery store most everywhere you go: fruit farms and orchards, fields of veg, corn and wheat, dairies, beef, pork and poultry producers.

With farm stands and farm markets across the region, you can easily find a bounty of locally grown fruits and vegetables, meats, locally produced milk and cheese as well as crafts, baked goods and sweet and savoury preserves, to prepare your own feast. You can, of course, also leave that to the talented team of folks keen to serve you at our restaurants, brew pubs, bakeries, cafes, bistros and pubs. And as for quenching your thirst, the Shuswap has a fine selection of wineries, breweries, cideries and distilleries to provide the perfect accompaniment to those memorable meals.
