Provincial Parks

Provincial Parks

We more than marvel at the natural paradise in our own backyards. We celebrate it.

Tsutswecw (formerly Roderick Haig-Brown) Provincial Park is a perfect place to witness the Adams River Sockeye Salmon Run every October.

Herald’s Park and Shuswap Lake Provincial Park are great for families. Be sure to reserve your campsite ahead of time through BC Parks at DiscoverCamping.ca.

Unique outdoor experiences await at Shuswap Lake Marine Provincial Park’s first come, first serve campsites. Seymour Arm, Anstey Arm, Salmon Arm, and Mara Lake offer beaches, trails, camping, and awe-inspiring scenery. Rent a boat or take a water taxi to water access-only areas for an unforgettable visit.

History buffs will enjoy Silver Beach Provincial Park, located in Seymour Arm, at the site of Ogden City, a former gold rush town.
