Wild Motherhood- FREE Yoga Outside this Summer

This class is for all and any phase of mothers who are looking to connect with like minded women who are also on this wild journey of being/becoming mother in it’s raw, and beautiful chaotic form.

This summer join me in some FREE yoga classes as we gather together with courage, strength, and the deep reverence and remembering of the power to connect with each another, form our village and be held and nourished by great Mother Earth. We will practice gentle yoga poses and sequences that will nourish our giving bodies and also explore ways to include our children in our practice.
