Join Heart Yoga Instructor Angela Kyllo and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist Jill Nahm for a Community Circle Gathering for women’s health and wellness.
Settle in and get Cozy with a hot cup of tea while connecting with other women in the community to learn about your unique Pelvic Floor anatomy and physiology and how this knowledge can transform your life. Pelvic Floor Therapy is functional retraining that improves the strength, endurance, power, and relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles.
Be guided into a gentle breathing practice to release tension and stress from the body and mind, and gently move into a series of exercises & poses that will deepen your connection to your pelvic floor muscles to build your confidence and tend to your giving bodies! End practice in a relaxing meditation and melt into Savasana adjustments for replenishing, restorative deep rest. Be held.
