Song Sparrow Sound Bath ~ Peace Begins With Me

Wanna get bowled? All are welcome on Tuesday, December 19th from 5:30 – 7:00 pm for the first Song Sparrow Sound Bath experience. During this relaxing singing bowl session, you will explore meditation techniques designed to tap into the vibration of peace, tuning into the energy of the winter solstice for a moment of Zen during the busy holiday season.

Kate Fagervik (she/her) is a sound healer, artist and educator who will offer meditation practices while playing quartz crystal singing bowls within the beautiful acoustics of the concert hall
~ creating peaceful vibes from the inside out!
