Shuswap Naturalist Club Field Outing – Late Autumn Colours at Mt. Ida with Doug Mongerson & John Woods

Come join us in a field outing exploring the late Autumn Colours on Mt. Ida, led by Doug Mongerson & John Woods.
The Trembling Aspens and Western Larch should be in full colour. We will stop for all interesting birds, mammals and plants!

Meet in the Mt. Ida Cemetery at the main parking area (1st right after you enter the cemetery 9 a.m.). Bring a lunch and water.
Difficulty Rating 2-3; we’ll be walking mostly on closed logging roads, but there’s some short scrambling onto the logging road from the cemetery.

No registration required, this free event is open to members and the general public.
