RELAUNCH GALA FOR EVERYTHING SHUSWAP

An evening dedicated to celebrating the release of the new edition of the popular, best-selling book Everything Shuswap. The focus will be on both great music from some of the Shuswap’s most talented musicians and talks by community leaders on topics that relate to the second volume of the book. Learn about the great art created in the Shuswap, sports and recreation, existing and future trails, Secwépemc cultural initiatives and the efforts underway to improve the local economy. Enjoy some incredible jazz and unique folk music and then dance to some funky, groovy rock n’ roll by the Liam Nadurak Jazz Quartet, Chicken-Like Birds and the Canoe Rockers.

All proceeds from the event will be shared between the Shuswap Food Action Society and the Shuswap Trail Alliance. Plus, there will be an opportunity to purchase the new edition of Everything Shuswap at a special, one-time, low price. For those who own the book already, extra copies will make great gifts for friends and family.
