    Shuswap Lady Striders are a group of over 200 women who get together to engage in activities for physical and mental health and an appreciation of nature. Some of our activities include walking, hiking, snowshoeing, cycling, and cross-country skiing.

    The TrailRider is an adaptable type of transport made to access nature for less mobile people, engineered by Sam Sullivan. Very simple explanation of what a TrailRider is; a Wheel/ Seat , rickshaw handles with sherpa friends guiding and rolling along assisting people to experience Freedom from a wheelchair, cane, or limited mobility.
